The Lady behind the apron…

I come from a family of Cake makers.  As a child, my Grandmother would make birthday cakes, wedding cakes, and desert of all sorts for our regular family gatherings.  My Dad is a trained Navy Chef and I can remember him making these massive 6′ x 4′ cakes decorated as banners and flags.  It wasn’t until I had kids of my own and babies, brides, and birthdays to celebrate that I picked up a mixing bowl and icing bag to try my hand at this glorious vocation.

​I specialize in Cake… nearly any flavor or design you can imagine… I can create it for you!  I work in buttercream, fondant, gumpaste and marzipan.  I can also make gluten free/ dairy free/ egg free to suit any tempermental tummies out there.
